WaveNest Surf Camp is a sustainable surf tourism provider, offering guests a unique blend of surf, yoga, nature, and social experiences. Our goal is to create unforgettable weeks filled with connection and adventure for people from all over the world.

☀️Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and certified Yoga Teacher to become a valuable member of our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in designing and delivering yoga classes and have a genuine passion for enhancing the well-being of our guests.

✅Responsibilities:

• Design and execute safe, effective, and engaging yoga classes and workshops tailored to meet the diverse needs of our student population.
• Showcase an in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology, applying these principles to enhance the yoga practice experience for clients.
• Conduct up to three yoga classes a day to contribute to the overall wellness program.
• Implement a structured approach to organise and track weekly yoga lessons for guests. 
• Holding one to three yoga classes per day, 5 days a week.

🏅Requirements:

• Possess a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification.
• Experience teaching yoga to students of various levels and abilities.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

✍🏼Daily tasks at Wave Nest

Being a Yoga instructor gives a huge influence on how a healthy and organised lifestyle should appeal. Both our guests and our crew will have questions about your lifestyle and your goal is to motivate everyone around you to make better choices when it comes to focusing on becoming a better self.

⚡️Lightning operation:

After checkout on Saturdays, around 12am, the entire Wave Nest crew will unite to deep clean the camp for a few hours. Each member of the crew has a role, from stripping old bedding, to sweeping floors, making the beds and ensuring the tent looks inviting and ensuring shared spaces are refreshed.

• Accommodation: Embrace surf camp life inside a tent in the staff camping zone. Your accommodation includes a proper mattress, bedframe, pillow, blanket, and bedding, along with access to electricity.
• Meals: Enjoy homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day, prepared by our talented kitchen team.
• Surf Gear: You will have access to all surfing material.
• Activities: Crew or guests, everyone is more than welcome to join our activities programmed for everyone to enjoy making new friends and having a great time.
• Time Off: Benefit from one day off per week, aligned with the main department’s schedule, to explore the surroundings, spend the whole day in the water or simply relax and recharge.
