☀️Job Description:

In every amazing place there’s always someone with a smile waiting for you to enter.‍ We are looking for that person that naturally smiles when someone walks in our camp, whether it is a guest, a friend, a staff member, or even a stranger curious to see what’s going on. This role is perfect for anyone that loves meeting new people and welcoming them into a new place with a warm heart and a big smile.

✅Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and staff members into our beautiful camp.
• Help manage bookings, arrivals and departures with our managers.
• Manage transfers to and from the airport for guests and staff members.
• A receptionist is the one to go to with all kinds of questions, and the goal is to get the most knowledge about the camp to answer them, or distribute the questions to the different departments.
• Keep reception very clean and organised all the time.
• Together with the Entertainment manager, monitor and create a Weekly plan of activities and create second options for any possible plan change.
• Help the manager with the different daily tasks of the operation in the camp.‍

🏅Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Fluent in English, other languages is a plus.
• Able to rise under pressure.
• Organisational and leadership skills. 
• Knowledge of how to address customers in a very positive environment.
• Ability to speak to a large crowd is essential.

⚡️Lightning operation:

After checkout on Saturdays, around 12am, the entire Wave Nest crew will unite to deep clean the camp for a few hours. Each member of the crew has a role. As a receptionist, welcoming the new guests as they arrive is a main priority, making sure no guest arrives without being welcomed with a smile.
