☀️Job Description:

Do you love being the one explaining the rules whilst playing a new game, and being the centre of attention? We are looking for an individual to join a team of 2 with extremely natural fun characteristics, while being willing to put in the work of organising most of the activities and events.‍

✅Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and coordinate engaging weekly activities for everyone, ensuring an exciting and diverse range of entertainment options, together with the manager and other department heads.
• Ensure all activities align with our commitment to community and sustainable responsibility.

✍🏼Daily tasks at Wave Nest

• Welcome all the guests into our surfcamp, explaining the rules and spaces to a perfect stay.
• With the help of other crew members, maintain and clean up all the areas used for the activities, and keep a nicely organised storage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive interactions with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and complaints, taking proactive measures to address issues and continuously improve the quality of entertainment services.
• Foster a positive and fun atmosphere at all times, ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.
• Conduct team introductions every Saturday after dinner, providing guests with an opportunity to meet and connect with the entertainment team for the upcoming week.

🏅Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Fluent in English, other languages is a plus.
• Able to rise under pressure.
• Knowledge of how to address customers in a very positive environment.
• Ability to speak to a large crowd is essential.

⚡️Lightning operation:

After checkout on Saturdays, around 12am, the entire Wave Nest crew will unite to deep clean the camp for a few hours. Each member of the crew has a role. As an entertainer, welcoming the new guests as they arrive is a main priority, making sure no guest arrives without being welcomed with a smile.

• Surf Gear: You will have access to all surfing material.
• Yoga Classes: If the daily yoga session slots aren’t full, you can put your name down and enjoy a free session with our yoga instructor. 
• Activities: Crew or guests, everyone is more than welcome to join our activities programmed for everyone to enjoy making new friends and having a great time.
• Time Off: Benefit from one day off per week, aligned with the main department’s schedule, to explore the surroundings, spend the whole day in the water or simply relax and recharge.
