☀️Job Overview:

Are you passionate about mixology and creating a vibrant social atmosphere? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to craft refreshing beverages and elevate the social experience for our guests. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome, relaxed, and inspired to connect over great drinks and good vibes.

✅Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with creativity and precision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for restocking.
• Handle guest inquiries and special drink requests with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the entertainment team to align bar offerings with scheduled activities and events.
• Assist with the setup and takedown of bar operations for events and special occasions.
• Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.

🏅Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and serving standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to create a welcoming guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.

⚡️Lightning operation:

Every Saturday after guest checkout (around noon), the WaveNest team comes together for a camp-wide deep clean. As part of the bar team, you’ll deep clean the bar area and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for the new week.
