Wave Nest Surf Camp is a sustainable surf tourism provider, offering guests a unique blend of surf, yoga, nature, and social experiences. Our goal is to create unforgettable weeks filled with connection and adventure for people from all over the world.
☀️Job Overview:
Every week in Wave Nest there are so many unforgettable moments. We are looking for that one person that has the ability to capture those moments while being involved in making friends and having one of the best summers of their lifetime. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting engaging social media content while creating memories for everyone that can be saved forever.
✅Responsibilities:
- Ability to capture unforgettable moments from our activities and programs available.
- Able to create and follow a weekly plan with the help of the managers.
- Willing to utilise our social media to generate more engagement and growth.
- Communicate and express interest in growing Wave Nest’s reputation in the best image possible according to our values.
🏅Requirements:
- Have the material necessary to capture, create and post content.
- Proven experience in content creation and storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, with interest in learning more platforms like Tiktok and Pinterest.
- Strong organisational skills to follow content plans and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.
✍🏼Daily tasks at Wave Nest
As a Content creator, you will be in charge of your own time. Your goal is to organise your schedule together with the management team, and the heads of departments, in order to capture as many beautiful moments as possible.
⚡️Lightning operation:
After checkout on Saturdays, around 12am, the entire Wave Nest crew will unite to deep clean the camp for a few hours. Each member of the crew has a role, from stripping old bedding, to sweeping floors, making the beds and ensuring the tent looks inviting and ensuring shared spaces are refreshed.

- Accommodation: Embrace surf camp life inside a tent in the staff camping zone. Your accommodation includes a proper mattress, bedframe, pillow, blanket, and bedding, along with light and electricity.
- Meals: Enjoy homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day, prepared by our talented kitchen team.
- Surf Gear: You will have access to all surfing material, as well as access to our surf lessons if you’d wish to improve your surfing skills.
- Yoga Classes: If the daily yoga session slots aren’t full, you can put your name down and enjoy a free session with our yoga instructor.
- Activities: Crew or guests, everyone is more than welcome to join our activities programmed for everyone to enjoy making new friends and having a great time.
- Time Off: Benefit from one day off per week, aligned with the main department’s schedule, to explore the surroundings, spend the whole day in the water or simply relax and recharge.
