FAQ's
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations will be valid from the day your reservation is made successfully.
If you cancel your reservation, we will refund 75% of the amount until two months before your arrival date and 50% of the amount until one month before the arrival date. Within less than one month before your arrival date, we will not be able to refund your booking.

Can I change my reservation?
We accept changes in the reservation with confirmation from our team. If you wish to change dates or programs, please contact our team.
Upon arrival, you can add more days or extras (surf lessons, yoga lessons, transfers).
Are pets allowed in the camp?
Pets are allowed with no extra charge and only in private rooms. Upon arrival, you will be required to sign our pet responsibility document stating that you are in charge and responsible for your furry friend.
Travelling with children
Children under the age of 3 are free of charge. Children from 4 to 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult with the confirmation from a legal guardian.

Transfers from/to camp
We offer transfer services to and from the camp for an easier arrival and departure of our guests. Transfers can only be booked until 7 days from your arrival date.
