Upon arrival at the camp, our instructors will be in touch with you to make sure you have the right instructions and material for your lessons. After analyzing everyone’s previous experience, they will make your surf lessons schedule for the week, separating the classes in different levels.
Each level will have a specialized program to ensure everyone’s benefit.
Our priority is that you have a wonderful time with friends, while gaining a great amount of knowledge from our professional coaches.
We will keep our lessons with a maximum of 5 students per coach to ensure the best outcome of every surf lesson.

Beginners can find value in yoga’s ability to enhance flexibility and core strength, crucial elements for mastering basic surfing techniques such as paddling and maintaining stability on the board.
Similarly, advanced surfers can elevate their skills and performance through yoga by improving their flexibility, focus, breath control, and overall body awareness, which translates into improved wave selection and execution of manoeuvres.
